the biggest thing that gives me hope in this election right now is how close a lot of the states are, especially the super republican states

i say “gives me hope” very loosely because of course i want obama to win and i’m so scared of it being a close race

but i think it’s great that instead of just blindly voting with their party, a lot of people seem to be actually thinking about who it is that they want leading their country and that’s just a big step forward and i think it’s great
